A Word to Carry: Grief, Grace & a Blank Page
Honour what was. Hold what remains. Carry what matters.
A full-day experience of reflection, writing, and creative expression
Saturday, November 7 | 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. | Mastering the Soul
Grief can leave us searching for words—and sometimes carrying more than we know how to express.
A Word to Carry: Grief, Grace & a Blank Page is a gentle, thoughtfully guided workshop that offers space to acknowledge what has been lost, recognize what remains and explore the words we want to carry forward.
The day brings together reflective writing, mindful conversation and The Power Word Experience™. Through carefully chosen writing prompts, quiet reflection and optional partner sharing, participants will be invited to explore personal experiences of grief, remembrance, change and grace.
During The Power Word Experience™, each participant will choose a meaningful word that reflects what they need, value or wish to carry with them. That word will become the inspiration for a personal 5" × 7" Mini Vision Board, a tangible reminder of the intention, meaning or strength they discovered during the day.
The experience will include:
No writing, artistic, crafting or vision board experience is required. All creative materials will be provided. Participants need only bring a notebook, a pen and a willingness to meet the blank page with curiosity.
Sharing is always optional. Each participant is encouraged to honour their own boundaries and engage with the experience in the way that feels most supportive to them.
You will leave with your writing, your Mini Vision Board and a personal word to carry beyond the workshop.
All creative materials provided | Please bring a notebook and pen
